Standard Competitions Terms & Conditions
1. These are the standard terms and conditions for competitions conducted or promoted by or in association with Jungle kids. Competition specific rules may apply in addition to these standard terms and conditions to supplement these standard terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these standard terms and conditions and any competition specific rules, the competition specific rules will apply. 2. Your entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win a prize) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share a prize. 3. The competition is not open to: 3.1 directors, members, partners, agents, employees or consultants or any supplier of goods or services in connection with a competition; and 3.2 the spouse, life partner, business partner or associate, or the natural or adopted parent, child, or sibling, of any of the persons specified in above 4. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from their parents or guardians before entering. 5. It is your responsibility to ensure that your entry is received by us prior to the closure of the Garden and Home Show 2017 and the purchasing of either one of the 4 Jungle Gyms we have got on for offer/ or if you decide to purchase another Jungle Gym we will then offer you a chance to put your entry into a box which you will then decide and if drawn we will then discount your Jungle Gym to the specific box you have chosen and decided on when you were with us. Please note the prizes' are based on exactly what is on offer and no excluding or changing of goods/swapping goods out for other items of different values, please note you are welcome to add any item to our Jungle Gyms but this cost will be extra and is not included in the prize. These prizes are based on the EThekwini area only for installation and delivery these fees can be discussed when booking 6. We and our affiliates will not be responsible for any harm, damage, loss or claim relating to the provision of any element of a prize or any changes to a prize that may be made at any time. 7. Prizes are not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or cancelled as a surcharge will apply 8. You may not win a prize if it is unlawful for us to supply such a prize to you. If you do win such a prize, you will forfeit it. 9. The winners will be notified by means of the contact details provided to us. If we are, or a third party supplier is, unable to contact a winner within 1 hour. the winner will forfeit the prize and reserves the right to re-draw a new winner under the same conditions. 10. We may require you to provide us with such additional information and documentation as we may reasonably require processing, confirming and facilitating your acceptance and/or use of a prize. If you refuse to provide us with the requested information or documentation, you will forfeit the prize. 11. We and our third party suppliers, as the case may be, reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which we deem necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us, our affiliates and third party suppliers. 12. You agree that your participation in the competition, and your acceptance and/or use of a prize, or any aspect thereof, is at your own risk. 13. We and our affiliates will not be responsible, and disclaim all liability, for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the competition or the acceptance and/or use by you, or your partner (if applicable), of any prize, or by any action taken by us or any of our affiliates in accordance with the terms and conditions.Terms and Conditions

The Provider grants to the User, subject to further terms of these terms and conditions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future Content for personal, non-commercial and information purposes only. Additional charges may apply to customers who require a Jungle Kids representative to travel 100 km or more on the job. Jungle Kids will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or injuries caused by negligence or natural causes. All standard slides have got a weight restriction of 55kg’s. An additional strengthen beam will only be built in at the owner's specific request and at an additional cost. All Swings are restricted to a Maximum of 55kg's per swing, All Structures are limited to 55kg's per person. If this is insufficient you are required to inform Jungle Kids as additional costs or surcharges will apply for additional strengthening. All of our timber suppliers are SABS approved and comply with the SABS standards (SANS 457 – 3:2013 / SABS 457 – 3). Wooden poles and planks are natural products that are subject to variations and various imperfections. Regular maintenance of the wooden Jungle Gym structure is advised at three to six-month intervals. Our poles are not machined unless specially requested by the client at an additional cost to the client. All product images displayed on the website are artist’s impressions only. The actual products may vary in appearance to the displayed images. Please note: It is the property owners responsibility to identify any services such as water pipes, sewers and electrical cables located on the property and any damages and delays resulting from excavations for the placing of poles will be for the owners' account. Jungle kids accept no liability whatsoever for any damages so incurred. The client is responsible for providing a suitable electrical power supply (15 amp plug point) within 20m of the position of the jungle gym/structure. In addition to the above-mentioned requirements, this quote is based on the excavation/s in soft soil only. i.e. soil which can be dug with a handheld auger boring machine. Where rock, hard materials or boulders are encountered the additional costs of the excavation and relevant delays will be charged for.Limitation of liability
The Website and all Content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Natal Provincial Division in the event of any dispute. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be to invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these terms and conditions, and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User with regard to the use of the Content and this Website.
